Digital Products

All our products are digital, including:

  • Online courses
  • Certificates
  • Downloadable PDFs

Because digital products are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once access is provided or files are downloaded.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment is deducted but access is not provided
  • There is a confirmed technical issue from our side

Requests must be made within 48 hours of payment.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Razorpay or PayPal) within 7–10 working days.

No Refund in These Cases

Refunds will not be given for:

  • Change of mind
  • Non-usage of course
  • Internet or device issues
  • Difficulty understanding content
